Well hi guys! How are we doing this week? It’s Monday and we’re back to schedule with Outfits of the Week. I didn’t post last week’s because I was mainly dealing with being off my medication for a week. Which basically meant I was high as fuck and couldn’t function properly. Hooray! But still, let’s get straight into the pinup casual outfits, right?

Top; Primark
Skirt; Handmade
Brooch; Luxulite
Firstly, lets take a moment to appreciate how chirpy I look. This woman is high as a kite, I tell you, haha! I laugh — but seriously guys, do not leave yourself without medication. No matter how well you think you may be, that withdrawal is nasty!

Turban; Alice Brown’s Cupboard
Necklace; Animal Hair
Top; Primark

I don’t wear Plodrick enough. Yes, the necklace is called Plodrick. Yes, this entire outfit was built around the necklace. Don’t judge me.

Cardigan; Old Collectif
Dress; Old eShakti
Hat Brooch; Luxulite
Pinup Casual Style!
I hadn’t set my hair in so long that I forgot just how much I loved it in curls. I’ve been trying to hold back on the whole heat thing, plus playing about with different styles. Also, this dress is wonderful and I really do not wear it enough!

Cardigan; Banned Apparel
Dress; Handmade

Top; Primark
Skirt; SHEIN
Necklace and Earrings; Bow and Crossbones
Brooch; Fake Lea Stein bought on Facebook
What’s with the hats?
So you may have noticed all these photos are of me in a hat of some form. My poor hair was in a STATE, I tell you. Bad roots, grey hair poking through and the worst psoriasis on my scalp. However I have managed to remedy this now! And hats are fun, right?
I actually went to an impromptu gig this night (changed my top to an old 2005 band tee and slapped some more makeup on) to see an old favourite band of mine. It was like a tiny 2007 reunion of everyone that used to camp out at JRock gigs, and it made me feel old. Hilarious!

Turban; Alice Brown’s Cupboard
Top; Primark
Necklace; Handmade
Skirt; Handmade
Boots; Amazon
Bag; Vendula London
I got new boots. It’s hard finding boots I like, they’re always either too high or too boyish, which wouldn’t suit my style. I like these as a compromise, bit of a heel, lace up, would look good alternative or vintage!

Dress; Handmade
Top; Old Primark
Necklace; Vintage
Brooch; Pink Bungaloo
Tights; Snag Tights
Bag; Vendula London
You know when you like something that someone else has worn? And you strive to emulate it one day? Well this is the outcome of an outfit a friend of mine worn years ago. It looked better in my head (and really the red tights weren’t the best choice), but I like it as an overall idea. Especially with some more summery-style dresses!
