Tuesday is the new Monday, clearly. Happy Tuesday!
The plan for weekly outfit posts was originally to be done on Mondays. So, do I always stick to that? Nah. That would be organised of me. So hi and happy Tuesday, friends! How are you all doing? Life’s difficult, getting out of bed is difficult, etcetera. And so we carry on. I’m still working from home mostly, which helps with my tiredness and general disorganisation at the moment. But it’s also really easy to spend all day in pyjamas. I’m really happy that I’m consciously choosing to wear more of my handmade items at the moment. Especially since it saves me from my daily conundrum of bothering to get dressed or not. And so here’s some Me Made May Style for you this week!
Me Made May Style

Skirt; Self-Drafted Dirndl (Blog Post)
Jacket; Altered (Blog Post)
It’s been a skirt sort of week. As I mentioned in last week’s post, a lot of my handmade clothes don’t fit any more. But skirts are really easy to wear even when they don’t quite fit — you can literally just belt them and no one knows! I’ve also been incredibly lazy with dressing the last week, and skirts and t-shirts sometimes are all I can be bothered with. This particular outfit? Frankly adore it. And yes, that is the Untitled Goose on a faux-metal shirt.

Skirt; Self-Drafted Dirndl (Blog Post)
This is still one of my favourite skirts ever, honestly. The pockets are so good, and it’s one thing that people notice first on the skirt — way before the little Tanuki’s! I wish I could wear lipstick when I leave the house — I feel like it’s really missing on outfits like this. But when you’re wearing a mask 90% of the time you’re outside, I barely see the point any more.

Skirt; Self-Drafted Dirndl (Not blogged!)
She’s wearing lipstick! I made some #content this particular day, which is why I’m wearing actual makeup, and not my mask-wearing makeup. Does anyone else do their makeup differently when they’re wearing masks or is it just me? Hmm. I love this little skirt though! I never blogged it because it’s yet another dirndl skirt (a rectangle of fabric pleated onto a waistband)I made for a single emo event. Luckily it’s getting more wear nowadays!
