Happy Saturday!
I hope you’re all feeling well at the moment and are doing okay. Because today we’re celebrating the return of Splendette! So grab a party hat and your drink of choice to peruse some gorgeous Splendette bangles with me this Saturday!

This item was gifted in return for a review and images. Opinions are my own, I’m not paid to say anything in particular. Some links may be affiliate links, it just means I might get a few quid if you buy through my links. You can read more in my disclaimer.
If you know anything at all about me, you’ll know that I have a big love for bangles! I’m not sure what made me suddenly adore them all those years ago, but the love hasn’t quite left me yet. I love vintage bangles, for sure — but honestly I prefer modern reproductions for their colours and sizing choice.
Splendette is one of my favourite repro jewellery brands, and are featured on here quite a lot. I’ve been buying from them since their inception back in 2015, actually! Still wear my original carved bangles often, too. So I’m thrilled to show you just some of their items today — all in Duchess sizes, too!

So due to the whole… *gestures loosely at the world* Splendette closed for a little bit. And as of last night, they’re back up and running! So bangles fixes are about to happen, guys!
First up, a full set; the Mulberry Fakelite Bead Necklace, and Fakelite Wide, Midi and Narrow bangles in Duchess size — which are now ON SALE! Gorgeous deep red colour with lovely carvings on. Initially I was unsure about the colour against my hair, but I really like how deep the colour is against my skin. Perfect for autumn!

You’ve seen these bad boys before — the Starburst carved bangles! Sadly the midi is now out of stock, but you can still get the Extra Wide, Narrow and co-ordinating Narrow Diamante bangle.
The Starburst collections are always my favourite, honestly. They give such a perfect midcentury flair to any outfit. I love these mixed with the red heavy carves (which I forgot to photograph — oops!) personally, but they can mix with a number of colours available on the Splendette website.

Splendette Bangles
Hnnnngh, greeeeen. Green is a colour that I don’t given enough love to, honestly! And how much does it pop against black with this cardigan? I love these carved bangles since they’re not completely flat on the edges. Really contrasts nicely against smooth bangles. These Heavy Carves are in Forest Green; Wide, Midi and Narrow.
Usually when I buy bangles I go for regular sizing since my wrists are particularly narrow. I was really excited to try their Duchess sizing (all Splendette bangles come in Maiden, Regular and Duchess sizes for small, straight and plus sizes) to see how it differs. And the answer is; MORE BANGLES. Since these fit higher up my forearm, I get the option to stack more than three or four bracelets at a time. Frankly, that’s life changing. Who doesn’t want more bangles on their arms?

Last, but never least; Leopards! Part of their SS20 collection, Splendette brought out these retro marvels in quite a few colours. Now, no lie, I’m not much of a leopard print gal. Not that I’m against an animal print (unless you’re Carol Baskin…) but I don’t have the sort of ‘edge’ that lends itself to a cat print. But I certainly can wear these in a stack to get a pop of colour going! Wearing the Duchess sizes in Brown, Green, Mulberry, Orange, White and Red.

So guys, do you own any Splendette bangles? Or maybe have a wishlist? Let me know in the comments!
Remember you can always post your stacks on the Splendette Stack and Style Society and using #SplendetteStackurday! And as always, follow me on Facebook or Instagram for more!

[…] Lastly, but never least — is of course Splendette! The no1 spot for vintage-style bangles you will ever find. The range of colours and sizes that Splendette do is just madness, and the quality is stellar. I still have my bangles from 2015 and they’re holding up well.
